The last year was good for the NOVA Group. The whole
Indian economy has displayed strong growth and the NOVA
Group has achieved substantial growth in turnover and
profits.
NOVA group is one of the largest and fastest growing
companies in the complete bicycles and bicycle
components manufacturing industry since 1952. Previously
we were into bicycle components manufacturing only but
since 2002 we have also started manufacturing our own
complete bicycle range under NOVA brand. We now
manufacture more than 33 bicycle models in all shapes
and sizes for all age groups and for all terrains. We
may tell you that your Nova Group has achieved a
turnover of more than US $ 25 million during the last
fiscal year.
These achievements have been made possible through
individual contribution, commitment and dedication of
our group’s vast workforce as well as through constant
endeavor of our dealers placed all over India and of
course, through constant support of our ever increasing
customers showing their unflinching trust in our brand
and quality. Our Group restructuring initiatives,
greater Group cohesiveness, quality improvement goals,
quest for better corporate performance and greater
customer satisfaction have all begun to show results.
It is a
matter of great pleasure that “NOVA” brand has created
an impact in the overseas market and a good number of
Standard and Fancy model have been exported to European
,South Asian & African market.
As we enter the New Year, I look forward to your
continued patronage to make this year even more
spectacular for the NOVA Group. Our goals for the year
will be to achieve significant further turnover growth,
with substantial improvements in infrastructure and
consistently providing high-quality products maintaining
the highest ethical standards and values.
I take this opportunity to inform you that our company
has been awarded ISI 9001:2000 certificate in month of
June 2005 by DNV ,the most recognized Quality
Certification Body Worldwide.
This year we
will also be focusing on expanding our businesses in
Domestic as well as international market. This is an
important new phase in our Group’s growth plans and I
promise to you all that I and my colleagues will put in
our best efforts for achieving success in establishing a
strong international presence for the Group. .
I feel confident that the talent, dedication and high
level of commitment within the Group will enable the
NOVA Group to scale new heights and retain its
