This
unit supplies components to its own units as well as to
outsiders, especially, Avon Cycles Ltd. This is well
established unit in the cycle industry for the past around
fifty years. This unit has demerged from Avon Cycles Ltd.
and has been allotted to Sh. Harmohinder Singh Pahwa under
family settlement.
Since
the allotment of this unit to Sh. HMS Pahwa, Sh. Rohit
Pahwa has taken over the reins of the unit under guidance
of his father and has achieved many a milestone since
then. His efforts and dynamism have led to all round
development and growth of the unit. The well focused
efforts have resulted in highly increased productivity,
low cost of production, better stock management, reduced
labour and staff turnover leading to reaching sales level
of around 40 crores in f.y. 2002-03 and consequently
improved financials of the company. The quality of the
products has been further improved and strengthened.
As
evident from his visionary approach towards business, Sh.
Rohit Pahwa is destined to go beyond milestones.
We
want to introduce ourselves as ‘Nova Group’ comprising

units have been established under the legendary expertise
and guidance of Sh. Harmohinder Singh Pahwa. He previously
worked for 40 years as Director of Avon Cycles Ltd. and has
to his credit big role in the all round development of Avon
Group.
Sh.
Harmohinder Singh Pahwa is now running three above mentioned
units of his own and is ably spearheading all the units
towards new horizons firmly on fast track growth.
Nova
